Zuza is a design for a house with a built-up area of up to 70 m², allowing for its construction to be completed on demand. Construction on demand is one of the goals of the New Polish Deal program. All projects with a built-up area of less than 70 m² will be able to be completed without a building permit. Such construction will also eliminate the need for a construction manager or a construction logbook. The simple, minimalist rectangular shape, a gabled, eavesless roof, and a usable area of less than 70 m² guarantee low construction costs. This design is not only affordable and easy to build, but also extremely functional. The house is finished in a modern style. The anthracite-colored seam metal sheeting, contrasting with the white plaster and warm natural wood, is a striking feature. The materials used lend a unique character. Extensive glazing allows for abundant natural light, not only making the rooms brighter but also allowing for views of the surrounding landscape. Despite the limited usable space, the functional layout has been carefully planned. The ground floor is the living area, with an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. This open-plan space is perfect for spending time with family. An additional room on the ground floor can serve various functions, depending on the residents' needs. The ground floor also houses a bathroom and a utility room, which includes a heat pump. The attic offers three functional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
