KIRI
The Kiri project is a single-story house with a usable attic, featuring a modern design and functional, spacious interiors. It will certainly appeal to those who prefer unconventional solutions. The building's simple form, with a gable, eavesless roof, is enhanced by glazing that lends a light feel. The refined styling is achieved through subtle detailing and the contrast of two materials – anthracite façade tiles imitating brick and the warm color of the wooden cladding.
A key feature of the Kiri house design is the engaging, open-plan living area, well-lit thanks to extensive glazing. This arrangement of the kitchen, living room, and dining room makes them appear even larger, and the outdoor landscape becomes an integral part of the interior. Cooking enthusiasts will surely appreciate the comfortable, modern kitchen, complemented by a practical, large pantry. The functional ground floor is complemented by a study, bathroom, large boiler room, and single-car garage. A wide, comfortable staircase leads to the attic, where three bedrooms are located. The largest of these has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. A shared bathroom and laundry room complete the functional attic space.
The Kiri project is an ideal proposition for a family of 4-5 people who appreciate the elegant, modern look of the building and its refined style.
