Gabi
Gabi
Gabi is a small, single-story house with a usable attic, in keeping with the modern architectural style. Despite its modest size, the design provides comfortable living for up to a four-person family. It boasts a built-up area of up to 70 m², allowing for construction based on a simplified application process. The design is affordable and easy to build, yet also incredibly functional. The house is finished in a modern style. The striking anthracite-colored seam metal sheet contrasts with white plaster and warm natural wood. Extensive glazing allows for abundant natural light, not only brightening the rooms but also allowing for views of the surrounding landscape. Despite the limited usable space, the functional layout has been carefully planned. The ground floor comprises a living area with an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. An additional room on the ground floor can serve various functions, depending on the residents' needs. The ground floor also houses a bathroom and a utility room, which includes a heat pump. The attic features three functional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. A key feature of the design is the large, L-shaped terrace. The terrace wraps around the house on two sides, making it even more functional. The Gabi house design is a perfect blend of modern design, functionality, and a sustainable approach to construction, making it an attractive option for those who value the comfort of living in smaller, modern homes.
