Fina
Fina
Fina is a single-story house designed in the style of a modern barn. Despite its simple form, the design is exceptionally attractive. It boasts an original facade and a functional layout meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The compact building is designed on a rectangular plan. It is topped with a gable roof without eaves, typical of this type of home. The facade features natural dark wood cladding. The roof is clad with graphite-toned standing seam sheet metal, which seamlessly integrates with the facade. Another distinctive feature is the panoramic glazing, which makes the barn more than just a monolithic structure. The large windows not only provide beautiful views of the garden but also provide ample lighting for the interior. The abundant natural light entering the interior helps reduce heating costs.
Fina is a single-story house with a clearly defined division into two zones: day and night. The living area is a single, open space with extensive glazing. It features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and coffee table, and an open kitchen with a pantry. There's also space for a dining area, complete with a large table and chairs. The night area is the residents' private area. It houses three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.
