Erna is a small single-family home or holiday home. It features two bedrooms, an open-plan living area, and a mezzanine. With a footprint of less than 70 m², it can be built on request. The house combines a traditional, simple form with a contemporary interior layout, featuring an open-plan living room and extensive glazing. Entrance is via a covered veranda terrace. Additionally, the living room and ground-floor bedroom have access to the terrace. This design allows for a variety of layout options. The attic can be built on, replacing the mezzanine as an additional room.
