Efi wooden is a project of a single-story single-family house that provides optimal needs of a 3-4-person family. It is a very functional house with a clear division into zones. The spacious living area is a simple and classic combination of a living room, dining room and kitchen, while the intimate area consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace that allows you to spend time outdoors regardless of weather conditions. The entrance to the house is through a small arcade that protects against rain and sun. The body of the building is closed on a rectangular plan, covered with a gable roof. This form of the building makes it simple to build and cheap to operate.
