From the Architect: "The task I was given when designing this house in the style of a modern barn was to create a unit that could be combined in many different ways with other Marysia Cottages . Divided into two modules, one of which is the living area, with a dining room and access to the terrace, it is a proposition for those who would like to divide the investment into stages, or have greater independence within one building. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, from one of which you can access the roof of the module, which is a sun terrace. Module 2 is a ground-floor building with a separate bathroom. Both units are connected by a functional hall." "From the beginning, we tried to integrate the building with the surroundings. The units can be freely combined to create a functional complex of modular houses," says Architect Piotr Łucki.
