The finished modular house is a two-story building with a living area of 120 m2 created with a multi-generational family in mind. On the ground floor, there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. The private part also includes a bedroom, bathroom and utility room.
On the first floor there is a glass-walled bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub and two smaller bedrooms.
The construction of this wooden modular house takes place within 3 months from the date of signing the contract.
