A modular house that can be the basis for an extensive complex of units dedicated to recreation centers or a project for an individual plot.
The ground floor of the building is the living area, which has a space of 30 sq m, then in the back of the building there is a bathroom and an entrance to the 1st floor. Functional storage rooms for utility infrastructure were designed under the stairs. The bedroom area was placed in the attic.
