How to make money with recreational real estate?

Did you know that the vast majority of Poles have declared their desire to spend their holidays in our country in 2024? As many as 18% of people have declared their desire to rent a house or a holiday cottage.

In second place, according to a study conducted by OLX, were agritourism farms and other accommodation offered by owners in the countryside (17 percent). The interest in this form of accommodation is also not surprising, because it fits into the global trend, which shows that more and more people value rest in harmony with nature, filled with healthy activity and providing access to high-quality food.

When reviewing the data from the OLX search engine, it can be concluded that the declarations made in the study were not just empty words. In last year's locations searched on OLX , seaside towns reigned supreme (43 percent in total). Mountainous regions took second place (23 percent). The most searched cities last season were: Gdańsk, Zakopane, Kołobrzeg and Władysławowo.

How do we work?

  • We present offers of plots in specific locations , selected thanks to our IT tool based on the analysis of rental data and rental rates.
  • we only analyze offers that guarantee us a "premium" already at the ground level, i.e. we choose investment opportunities
  • We verify whether the preferred facilities can be built on the plots/plots we have selected
  • We check what costs must be incurred before construction to complete the investment
  • We prepare the plot's absorption capacity, i.e. we analyze what kind of building and in what arrangement can be located on a given plot
  • We develop an architectural design that fits into the constraints and possibilities of a given area
  • We budget the construction
  • We analyze the profitability of renting a given place
  • If a given place exhausts the list of reservations and doubts, it goes on our "ready-made" list.

Of course, the success of a given location depends on many factors that we have no influence on after construction: the key success factor is, apart from the location, the marketing of the place and the sales channels for accommodation, however, those who intend to invest in boutique recreational places in the near future will not be disappointed!

The format of meetings with us

Online meetings are dedicated to a closed group of Clients who wish to invest in a holiday resort/boutique recreational project in the near future. We invite people to participate in the meetings whose goal is to receive specific real estate offers in budgets from PLN 300,000. Offers presented during closed online meetings are not public offers and will not be presented on the Internet.

How to sign up:

1. Send an email to: domki.marysia@gmail.com please tell us a few words about yourself (we've already introduced ourselves :-) and indicate which regions of Poland you are interested in and what your budget is

2. You will receive an invitation to an online meeting regarding your preferred location (provided that we consider that this area is also of interest to us (!)

3. After receiving information about your willingness to participate in the meeting, you will receive documents regarding confidentiality

3. during the online meeting, specific offers will be presented, which will not be published on the website. The offers concern:

  • sale of property - plot with a recreational house with the option of rental service
  • sale of shares in a special purpose vehicle implementing an investment in the form of a summer resort implemented with rental service

4. We care about maintaining intimacy and prefer working in smaller groups.

5. The cost of participation in the Investment group, reimbursed after signing the contract for the implementation of the project, is PLN 1,000.
