The mission of Domki Marysia is to build a sustainable community that places emphasis on the well-being of our residents and cares for the environment. Here you will find community gardens, houses made of ecological materials, areas filled with kilometers of forest trails, picturesque spaces, lakes, rivers, mountains, the sea. In our Summerhouses there are chickens, we do not mow lawns, we put up nesting boxes for birds, because we care about cooperation and neighborly help.

We know we are building for the future. With this in mind, we encourage Investors to incorporate renewable and green energy systems such as photovoltaics (solar), micro-wind generators, rainwater catchment for irrigation, and geothermal assisted heating and cooling. You have the opportunity to participate in the design of unique outdoor living spaces that blend in with the pines, beeches and larches, breathe unlimited space and do not litter. At Domki Marysia we care about well-being and sustainable development, now and in the future.

NEIGHBORHOOD HELP

When we arrive at a place, we first get to know the locals. We want to live in symbiosis: support farmers, buy local products from them, be able to take our children for a walk to the barn, take part in haymaking or simply borrow salt. Our neighbors can count on work in our Summer Houses.

ZERO TREES CUTTING

We believe that houses will stay for a long time and that we need trees nearby to live. We do not use an invasive approach and do not squeeze every meter out of the area for development. We design buildings that adapt to existing conditions because we choose areas that allow not to cut down a single tree during construction.

ECOLOGICAL MATERIALS

We focus on ecology. We believe that you should not save on your health and that of your family, which is why in our projects we prefer buildings made of anti-allergic cross-laminated wood, CLT boards, which are recognized worldwide as the material of the future. The boards are fire and waterproof, soundproof, withstand static loads, contain 0.6% ecological glue, friendly to the environment.
